Within a short period of time, larger premises were needed and Select Motor Group moved the company to a site in Nottinghamshire. The business continued to thrive, resulting in a further move to our existing site in Derby.

Our highly qualified and FCA accredited management team undergo examinations set by Specialist Automotive Finance (SAF) And Automotive Compliance to prove competence when discussing Finance and General Insurance options with you.
The FLA has developed the online Specialist Automotive Finance (SAF) Competence Test to raise standards and improve the skills of dealership staff on motor finance. The test syllabus focuses on finance products and surrounding regulation. All customer-facing staff in the dealership must hold a valid SAF Certificate of Competence for a dealer to be termed ‘SAF Approved’ and therefore communicate the higher standards of knowledge on finance.
The SAF test helps staff keep up to date with their car finance knowledge to ensure the right package is being offered to the buyer.
