Process

Click ‘Reserve Vehicle’ tab on our website OR call a member of our team
A £250 deposit reserves the vehicle subject to viewing
If reserving via the ‘Reserve Vehicle’ tab, one of our team will call you back to confirm your details and answer any questions you may have
If you are not happy with the car for any reason whatsoever once viewed, we will simply give you a SAME DAY REFUND
Finance is available on all our cars and can be applied for and processed once we are in receipt of your deposit
Part exchange valuation available – please speak to a member of our team for details
The purchase process is completed and confirmed with one of our team
A date and timed appointment is made to accommodate a safe collection of your new vehicle

Your new vehicle will be fully mechanically and cosmetically prepared prior to collection
The new vehicle will be ready for you to collect on the pre-arranged date and time
The car will be fully valeted to our high standards
You will be given the car key to inspect and test drive at your leisure prior to finalising the deal

Your part exchange must be parked in a parking bay with the service history in date order if applicable and both keys present unless agreed
We will call you once the part exchange final appraisal has been completed
Once you have confirmed you are 100% happy, we will establish the payment method and duration of the Road Fund License and will tax your car on your behalf
